Draft for review. This text is not in force.

It describes how the platform works today so it can be reviewed by a legal adviser. Items marked [pending] must be completed before it is published as final.

Terms of use

The conditions for using ExamitPro, in draft.

1. Who provides the service

[Pending: legal name, identification number and address of the entity that operates ExamitPro.] Until that is completed, these terms are a draft and not a contract.

2. What ExamitPro is

A study platform for technology certification exams: original practice questions with explanations, flashcards, timed mock exams and progress analysis. ExamitPro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google or any other certification provider. It doesn't offer real exam questions and doesn't guarantee that you will pass an exam.

3. Your account

You need an account to study. Keep your password to yourself; an account is for one person. You can ask us to delete your account through Support.

4. Plans and payments

Monthly plans are subscriptions: they are charged automatically every month until you cancel, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. One-time products are a single payment for a fixed number of days and don't renew. Before paying you see the amount, the currency, whether it renews and how long the access lasts. Payments are processed by external providers (Flow, PayPal or Stripe); ExamitPro never receives or stores your card details. [Pending: refund policy and its conditions.]

5. Acceptable use

The content is for your own study. Don't copy, redistribute or resell it, don't share your account, and don't use automated means to extract the question bank. We may limit or close accounts that do.

6. Content and intellectual property

The questions, explanations and materials are original works of ExamitPro or its authors. Product names and trademarks of certification providers belong to their owners and are used only to identify the exams.

7. Reviews

A review is published only with your consent and after moderation. You choose what is shown with it, and you can edit it, withdraw your consent or delete it at any time.

8. AI assistance

Where available, the AI tutor explains a question's content in other words. Its answers are generated automatically, are labeled as AI assistance and can contain mistakes; the question's own explanation is the reference.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and the content correct, and we fix reported errors, but the service is provided as it is. [Pending: limitation of liability, to be drafted by a legal adviser according to the applicable law.]

10. Changes and applicable law

[Pending: how changes to these terms are notified, the applicable law and the competent courts.]

11. Contact

For any question about these terms, write to us from the Support section.
